WinEllis Projects is thrilled to partner with Lark Distilling Co., an award winning Tasmanian whiskey distillery, to project manage the design and installation of a new Column Still and associated plant and equipment. Now fully operational, the new still will produce 1000 litres of medical-grade hand sanitiser per day. The Column Still is the only one of its kind in Tasmania. Hello from Mon Repos, WinEllis are managing the construction of an exciting new Early Learning Centre in Bundaberg. Whilst in Bundaberg for our regular site inspection and project meeting, Astra took the opportunity to visit the Mon Repos Turtle Centre. Along with many other keen environmentalists, we witnessed the natural miracle of turtles hatching.
