WinEllis Projects is thrilled to partner with Lark Distilling Co., an award winning Tasmanian whiskey distillery, to project manage the design and installation of a new Column Still and associated plant and equipment. Now fully operational, the new still will produce 1000 litres of medical-grade hand sanitiser per day. The Column Still is the only one of its kind in Tasmania.
