Project Description

WinEllis were engaged by Lark Distilling Co. to prepare a business case to double their Cambridge whisky distillery capacity and project manage the fast tracked design and installation of the first column still in Tasmania.  The column still will initially be used to distil 1000 litres of ethanol per day for hand sanitiser.  The distillery required significant cooling and heating upgrades including a new cooling tower and gas fired boiler, along with increased water supply, filtration and storage capacity and improved waste management systems.

Lark Distilling Co. is listed on the ASX and in 1992 became the first licenced distillery to produce Australian crafted single malt Whisky after it was outlawed 154 years prior.
